Free of Cavities
Guaranteeing long lifespan and contamination free samples! A sampling valve with cavities in comparison will not be able to produce representative samples. Residue in cavities would be contaminating it immediately.
Adjustability
As with a generic soft seated plug valves our sample systems have an adjustable main seal (sleeve). Further tertiary seals on the stem are available for severe applications.
Pressure less Liquid Sampling
Before dumping the liquid sample in the container of choice (Lab bottle, SS container, Bottle with Septa etc.) AZ sampling solutions isolate the sample from process and atmosphere making it pressure less and safe. Have a look at our Contiflow page to learn more about pressure less sampling
