Problem solved! AZ Valves North America recently completed an interesting sampling solution that is worth sharing:
Contiflow sampling valve meeting following requirements:
- threaded ends
- all 316SS construction
- free of cavities, no sample contamination
- pressureless, defined sample volume
- main line service, no bypass
- no interruption of flow
- vertical installation
- nitrogen purge
- fully automated
The Contiflow sampling valve is able to meet all of the above requirements. To save cost and ensure safe operation the valve was fitted with a 90 degree actuator and AZ ratchet coupler. With that the valve will always rotate in 90 degree increments ensuring that the purge position is approached with every full operation cycle.
