Seing increasing demand for shorter and dependable lead times over the years AZ has recently evolved its manufacturing capabilities more towards quick and flexible manufacturing solutions.
With our Fast Track production lines we are able to supply casted special valves in a matter of 6-8 weeks by using the AZ Owned and operated foundry in Itatiba.
If your specification requires exotic materials (Titanium, Zirconium, Hastelloy B etc.) that are not part of the foundry portfolio – or – 6-8 weeks still is too long, AZ is able to machine special valves from forged bar (e.g. HF Valves, Full Monel) in even less time. Pending bar material availability valves can be dispatched within 4 weeks or even less!
We understand that nowadays it is not always just a question of “how cheap you can do it?”. Often it is simply a question of “can you do it?” At AZ we are striving every day in order to be able to reply “Yes” as often as possible!
